Can clients upload without signing in?

Yes. In the accountant-first MVP flow, clients can submit receipts through an upload-only Telegram route without dashboard, export, billing, or member access.

What happens when receipt extraction is unclear?

Receipts with missing or uncertain extracted fields stay in Needs Review until an accountant checks and corrects the fields needed for a clean record.

What does Ready mean?

Ready means the receipt record has been checked enough to enter the selected workspace's export scope for the accountant pack.

What can accountants export?

Accountants can export a workspace-scoped accountant pack containing the selected client's Ready receipt records for downstream bookkeeping preparation.

Is Smarainbox accounting software?
