Telegram receipt upload for accountants

Smarainbox lets accountants give each client a workspace-bound Telegram upload route so receipt photos and supported documents land in the right client workspace. Clients get upload-only access, accountants review unclear fields, move clean records from Needs Review to Ready, and export a workspace-scoped accountant pack before bookkeeping.

Telegram receipt upload FAQ

How does Telegram receipt upload work in Smarainbox?

The accountant creates a client workspace, shares its workspace-bound Telegram upload route, and the client sends receipt photos or supported documents in Telegram. Smarainbox stores those uploads in the bound workspace for accountant review.

Do clients need Smarainbox dashboard access?

No. In the accountant-first MVP flow, clients can use the Telegram upload route as upload-only access. That route does not grant dashboard, export, billing, analytics, member, or workspace settings access.

Can one Telegram route upload to multiple clients?

No. A Telegram upload route is bound to one selected client workspace. Receipts sent through that route land in that workspace, not in a mixed multi-client inbox.

What happens if a receipt is unclear?

Unclear receipts stay in Needs Review. The accountant checks missing, uncertain, or low-confidence extracted fields before the receipt can be treated as a clean Ready record.

Can accountants also upload from the web?

Yes. Accountants can upload receipts from the authenticated web app into the selected client workspace when they are handling documents directly or adding receipts outside the client Telegram route.

What happens after receipts are marked Ready?

Ready receipts enter the selected workspace's export scope. The accountant can export a workspace-scoped accountant pack from Ready records for downstream bookkeeping preparation.

Is Telegram upload a replacement for accounting software?

No. Smarainbox is the collection, review, Ready, and accountant-pack preparation layer before bookkeeping. It does not post records into accounting ledgers or replace bookkeeping judgment.
